Health and Wellness measures the percentage of survey respondents who report they have increased health and wellness due to participation in services and programs offered by the City of Edmonton. The survey results were collected as part of the 2014 Community Services Client Outcome Survey Program. This program collects data from users of facilities, programs and services offered by Edmonton Community Services.
