Lot Grading Inspection measures the number of lot grading inspections done year to date to ensure properties are graded as per approved lot grading plans, to direct surface drainage flows to the sewer system. Proper lot grading reduces potential flooding on properties that may occur from spring runoff and rain events.
This measure reflects how well the City's Lot Grading program as part of the Development Services branch serves citizens. Lot grading strives to provide information, inspections, and timely customer support.
